For owners of Sunshine Coast homes worth getting right.
Architectural new builds. Coastal premium. Character and heritage Queenslanders. Houses where the detail in the finish decides whether it reads as a paint job or a result.
You feel the finish before you see it.
Prep that takes as long as the painting. Product systems picked for the substrate, the exposure and the design. Colour work that goes past three swatches taped to a wall. Every cut, every brushline, every cornice done by hand.
What high end actually means
Three things that separate this from a repaint.
The preparation is the project
Most of the hours land before a topcoat goes near the house. Surface diagnosis, repair, sanding, sealing. The painting at the end is the short part, and the quote shows that split rather than hiding it.
One house, several systems
A coast-facing wall, a shaded verandah and an interior stairwell are three different problems. We write a specification per surface instead of putting one product across the whole building.
We say what will not work
If a specified colour will not hold on a west wall, or a substrate will not take a premium system, you hear it before we start. That conversation once, early, beats a warranty argument later.
How we work
Five steps from first conversation to final walkthrough.
01
Site visit and consultation.
We come, we look, we listen. Substrate, condition, architecture, your taste. Most of these jobs start with an hour-long walkthrough.

02
Written proposal.
Scope, product systems, colour direction, timing. We’ll tell you what we’d do, what we wouldn’t, and why.

03
Prep that takes as long as the painting.
Surface diagnosis, repairs, sanding, sealing, undercoating. On a job like this, most of the hours land here rather than on the topcoat.

04
Finish.
Brush, roll or spray as the surface and the finish demand. Limewash, lime-render and specialty coatings where they fit the house.

05
Final walkthrough.
We walk every wall with you. Touch-ups before we leave. Care notes for the finishes that need them.

Where we do this
High end project painting across the Coast.
Every suburb below has its own page covering the housing stock, the conditions we watch for, and what a job like this usually involves there.
Common questions
What people ask before booking.
Do you paint heritage Queenslanders?
Yes, regularly. A lot of the homes we work on in Maleny, the Buderim hinterland and Noosa are weatherboard Queenslanders. They need lead-paint qualified prep, traditional colour palettes, and timber repair before anything goes on.
Do you do limewash, lime-render and specialty coatings?
Yes. We work with limewash and lime-render on coastal premium homes, and apply textured, metallic and acoustic coatings where the architecture calls for them. We spec the system to the substrate and the design intent.
What product systems do you use on coastal exteriors?
Dulux Weathershield and Taubmans All Weather are the spine. We adjust by exposure and substrate. A coast-facing wall usually carries a heavier system than a protected one, so we spec them separately.
Can you work with my architect or interior designer?
Yes. A lot of this work comes through architects and designers we’ve known for years. We’ll sit in on specification meetings, mock up colours on site, and work to the design intent.
Are you accredited?
Dulux Accredited Painter and Taubmans Endorsed. QBCC licensed. Lead-based paint and asbestos qualifications. Certificates on request.
